| Abstract: |
An internal combustion rotary piston engine, four strokes (intake, compression, power and exhaust), with a constant length for the arm torque through the whole power stroke which leads to the full conversion of gasses pressure on the surface of the piston inside the combustion chamber without any loss, on the contrary to the present engines (piston and rotaries- look at the diagram in fig.3). This property raises the average of the output torque by nearly four times without any increase in fuel and this leads to the reduction of fuel consumption by more than 80% and the reduction of the engine weight by nearly 70%. |

| Advantages |
The new engine ( Hekal Rotary Engine ) Guaranties the following:
1- reduction of fuel consumption by more than 80%.
2- paving the way for the use of hydrogen effectively. The engine would reduce both the volume and weight of hydrogen tank thus removing a significant obstacle to the use of hydrogen fuel for transportation mobiles.
3- contribution to solve the problem of depleting oil reserves.
4- profound contribution to solve the problem of global warming.

ان المحرك الجديد (محرك هيكل الدوار )يهدف لتحقيق النتائج الاتية :
1-خفض استهلاكالمحرك للوقود بنسبة تزيد على 80% .
2-تمهيد الطريق لاستخدام وقود الهيدروجين بشكل فعال فى المستقبل حيث سينخفضوزن وحجم خزانات وقود . الهيدروجين والتى تشكل العائق الاهم حاليا امام استخدام الهيدروجن كوقود للسيارات ومركبات النقل الى جانب المنشات الثابتة ، وغيرناضب كالبترول واليورانيوم وتستطيع كل الدول انتاجه بسهولة وتكنولجيا عادية .
3-الاسهام فى حل مشكلة نضوب النفط .
4- الاسهام فى حل مشكلةالحتباس الحرارى بالحد من الانبعاثات الكربونية .
ان هذا الاختراع يدعمه نخبة من العلماء والمهندسين على المستوى المحلى والدولى وسيشاركون كفريق عمل لاخراجه من عملية النموذج الاولى الى مرحلة تصنيع النموذج الانتاجى على المستوى الدولى .
